2024 Light Parade – December 21

The fourth annual Light Parade occurred on December 21, 2024 beginning at 5:00 PM. The event began at the 911 Memorial on the Sandbar and winded throughout South Hero and Grand Isle. We hope the new Tracker Page helped.

The parade featured South Hero and Grand Isle Fire and Rescue volunteers and their apparatus and the Grand Isle County Sheriff’s Department along with many others.  See a full list or participants below.

You may have noticed S.D. Ireland, Milton Rental, and Green Mountain Marine Services were not in the parade as annouced. Weather, equipment malfunction, and illness gets in the way sometimes. We appreciate their effort.
